Free Youth Skills Clinic

Takes Place Before Legacy 76 Exhibition Match

Williamsburg, VA - After packing Wanner Stadium last Saturday night with over 1,600 fans for a thrilling debut in the National Premier Soccer League, Legacy 76 returns to the field this Saturday night.  Orginially scheduled to play an exhibition match against 2015 NPSL newcomers FXBG FC from Fredericksburg, the Legacy 76 will now play a Green vs. Black exhibition match after FXBG FC had to cancel the match due to poor organization.

“It’s definitely disappointing to have a team drop out of a commitment at the last minute,” said Legacy 76 Head Coach Eric Dutt, “but we are looking forward to this Green vs. Black match.  It will allow then fans to see our entire roster of players and allow us to prepare in a professional manner for our next league match on May 24th.”

In addition to the Legacy 76 Green vs. Black match, the team will also be holding a pre-game skills clinic for all youth soccer players ages 4-13.  “We were so pleased with the number of fans that came out to our home opener last week,” said Dutt.  “This clinic will provide a great opportunity for the young soccer players in this community to interact and learn some new skills from the Legacy 76 players and coaching staff.”

The one-hour pre-game skills clinic will begin at 5:30pm at Wanner Stadium with kickoff for the Green vs. Black match beginning at 7:00pm.  Admission to both the clinic and match will be free for everyone.
