Legacy Spring Programs Launch

Rec, ADP, and Community Partnership began March 21st

The Virginia Legacy began the WJCC Spring Recreational Season this past Saturday and it started out with a bang as almost 800 kids showed up to play.  The newest group of players met early Saturday morning and some began their soccer careers with Legacy's coaches and directors.  Each 4, 5, and 6 year old starts out in our program under the professional guidance of the Legacy coaching staff.  30 minutes of instrucional fun and then regrouped into teams for fun and fair competition playing 3 versus 3.  The Legacy is always looking for help and support with the season by way of head and assistant coaches, experience is appreciated but not required.  The Legacy is dedicated to making the player and parent experience enjoyable.  This season all of Legacy's volunteer coaches were provided with the opportunity to take part in the United States Soccer Federation's "F" License to help aid in the development of themselves and their players.  With the launch of the spring season, Warhill Sports Complex is the home to over 950 Legacy players each Saturday as the Rec, ADP, and the Community Partnership all compete between 9am and 3pm.

If you are interested in volunteering with one of the Legacy's many programs, please contact Alex Spirn at aspirn@valegacysoccer.com

Thank you again to all of our amazing volunteers and we hope the season continues to provide enjoyment to everyone participating.
