The Virginia Legacy Soccer Club would like to introduce everyone to its new staff and club structure for the 2017/18 season. The recent departure of Director of Coaching Kelvin Jones will certainly leave some big shoes to fill but we are confident with the changes made that this new structure will allow us to focus and grow all aspects of our club from toddlers to semi-pro and all in between. The biggest transition will be the introduction of a full time girls Director of Coaching. Where we have had a part-time girls director in the past – the addition of a full time staff member dedicated to the girls programming at all ages will help sustain and grow the progress we have made in recent years. This split will also allow more attention to the boys program with the addition of an Asst. Director of Coaching role on the boys side. In all the Legacy travel program will have 4 full time members working with the boys and girls side of the organization. We hope everyone will welcome the new and existing staff into their new roles with open arms as head into the start of the Fall season next week!
