Legacy Players Competing in the Bay Rivers and Peninsula Districts

Boy’s Update:

In the Bay Rivers District, the Virginia Legacy has been well represented.  Emory and Reeves Trott have been major contributors for Lafayette so far this season.  In three district games, Emory (U18 Wizards) has a goal and an assist, while Reeves (U15 Wizards) has notched two assists.  Calvin Mitchell (U18 Wizards) has also been critical to the Rams success. Mitchell has two goals and two assists over the past three games, while leading the Rams to a 2-0-1 record so far in the BRD.  Alex Emerson (U18 Wizards) has been stellar in the goal, with his best game so far coming against Smithfield where he kept a clean sheet and tallied four saves.  Dom DiGangi (U17 Wizards) has one goal and one assist in district play for Grafton.  The Clipper’s goalkeeper, Michael Bly (U17 Wizards), tallied his first assist of the season in a 4-1 win over Bruton.  Grafton’s leading scorers in district play have been Aaron Kaye (U17 Wizards) and Nick Dey (U17 Wizards), who’ve netted two goals apeice.  Stay tuned for more updates over the season.  Please email any stats, news, or photos that you have from Legacy Players currently playing Varisty Soccer to Ryan@valegacysoccer.com.
